Position Snapshot

Position Summary

You will have the opportunity to support various Trade Marketing teams within Nestlé Italy, in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and market share in specific channels and categories. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to various projects and initiatives.

A day in the life of…

  • Conduct market and customer data analysis to identify trends and competitor performance;
  • Assist in developing category strategies for specific channels and products;
  • Support in sellout activities, consumer and shopper activation through POP materials, contests and tailor-made promotions, flyer and In-store promotions), in cooperation with various teams, suppliers and creative agencies to execute these initiatives;
  • Coordinate in-store demo days, create content for e-commerce platforms, and collaborate with digital teams for digital marketing activities;
  • Support in sales analysis and pricing updates, analyze sell-in and sell-out data and assist the team in the budget management, preparing periodic reporting and in the post evaluation of promo activities;
  • Analyze the portfolio distribution: preparation and maintenance of periodic reporting to be shared with relevant stakeholders;
  • Setting up and updating of commercial policy documents, uploading of sales conditions and support to all functions involved.

 

What will make you successful?

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in economics, trade marketing, marketing, or related fields;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights;
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills;
  • Result-focused with a self-organization attitude;
  • Passion for the FMCG industry and willingness to learn and grow;
  • Fluent in both Italian and English.
