Descrizione

The Advanced Manufacturing Solutions Welding Bus Specialist focus her/his attention on the analysis of the product concept for the process definition (layout), CAPEX / OPEX evaluation, project planning and tooling construction up to the start of production in the plant.

Requisiti candidato

• Experience in manufacturing engineering segment (Bus or trucks or segment). • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Basic knowledge and use of CATIA, Autocad and Office applicative. • Basic knowledge of Lean manufacturing (DOT) • Knowledge of Italian and English languages. • Good communication skill and problem solving • Welding technology knowledge bodyshop area, focus on Arc welding (manual and automatic solution) • Availability to travel to Italy and abroad

Attività previste

• Define concept product in platform in according to design and to manufacturing and product / process cost reduction. • Draft product/process feasibility, preliminary layout , RPS methods, macro-cycle and economic budget evaluation. • Draft open Issue cards with related improvement proposals for engineering department • Draft technical specification to purchase new equipment. • Manage tenders , line builder tooling design and FMEA . • Manage site activity until to Start Of Production and production rump-up. • Draft technological documentation (Visual Bom and Operation sheet). • Support plant to identify new solution for product/process cost reduction, on current product
