Descrizione

You will be part of the team who is responsible for ensuring the reliability and durability of Iveco Group vehicles. Working closely with senior engineers, you will learn and support them about collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to help improve product quality and robustness.

Requisiti candidato

• You are currently studying (or recently graduated in) Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Mathematical, Management or similar). • You have a strong interest in data analysis, statistics, and technical problem solving. • You are curious about automotive product development and testing. • You have a good command of English. • You are a team player, organized, and eager to learn on the job. • Familiarity with Excel (advanced), Python, Matlab or similar data analysis tools. • Basic knowledge of Quality tools (8D, 5Why’s, FMEA, etc.).

Attività previste

• Supporting the application of reliability strategies from the early design phases. • Analyzing data and lessons learned from previous vehicle generations to improve new platforms. • Collaborating with design and supplier teams to define clear and measurable reliability and durability requirements. • Participating in the planning and tracking of reliability and durability validation tests, both in lab and on road. • Contributing to the development of Reliability Growth Plans, by monitoring prototype fleets and tracking failure data. • Interacting with various technical stakeholders: platform engineers, testing managers, quality specialists, and product validation teams.
