We are searching for Junior Support to join our IT team on a transformative journey focused on different projects currently on going. This role is an exceptional opportunity for those looking to build a career in IT Project management or application management doing experience in an international company with more than 35K employees.

Projects are focused on different business areas of our information technology function (supporting Finance, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Engineering, HR&Corporate functions).

 

The candidates will be involved in all the phases of the project; this opportunity will provide them a comprehensive understanding of the Project lifecycle and a unique learning experience

Requisiti candidato

• Bachelor's degree in technical areas (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field) • Strong interest in project management and/or application management • Proficient in project management software tools or willing to learn • Good understanding of IT applications and software development lifecycle • Ability to provide and prepare reports for Business users • Experience with organizational change management methodologies • Knowledge of standard office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc. • Analytical and problem-solving attitude • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Very Good English Language • Positive attitude, High Curiosity, Proactivity, Team Player, Adaptability to different project needs

Attività previste

• Involvement in activities/meetings to collect business requirements • Support the Project managers and Application Manager in the design, development, and implementation of IT projects and applications • Support in developing and managing project schedules, budget and resource allocation plans • Help ensure that project objectives are met within the agreed time frame and budget • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and clarify project scope, goals, and deliverables • Actively participate in resolving high-priority outages, troubleshooting on assigned business • Build and maintain reports with KPIs concerning Services and Systems • Actively participate in Communication campaign from IT vs company end users • Promoting jointly with other IT teams a new idea of Information Technology through communication campaigns, newsletters and surveys • Cultivate and maintain strong team-level partnerships between all involved actors, ensuring information flows freely between the teams • Assist in identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and issues • Participate in regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management • Assist in managing relationships with vendors and third-party service providers • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices • Provide support to project team members • Support the test execution and post-go-live phase • Document business processes, solutions, and best practices.
