We are searching for an Application Support to join our IT team. This role is an exceptional opportunity for those looking to build a career in IT application management gaining experience in an international company with more than 35K employees.

Applications management structures in Iveco Group are focused on different business areas of our information technology function (supporting Finance, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Engineering, HR & Corporate functions, etc).

Each team is in charge of ensuring that the assigned business achieves the expected level of performance & maintenance of the applications in scope, and the continuous improvements to the existing IT landscape, in line with the expected SLAs.

This will require the management of several external providers involved both in the running support and mainly in the improvements release.

The candidates will be involved in all the phases of the activity; this opportunity will provide them with a comprehensive understanding of the application maintenance and a unique learning experience.

Requisiti candidato

• Bachelor's degree in technical areas (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field) • Strong interest in project management and/or application management • Proficient in project management software tools or willing to learn • Good understanding of IT applications and software development lifecycle • Ability to provide and prepare reports for Business users • Experience with organisational change management methodologies • Knowledge of standard office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc. • Analytical and problem-solving attitude • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Very Good English Language • Positive attitude, High Curiosity, Proactivity, Team Player, Adaptability to different project needs

Attività previste

• Involvement in activities/meetings to collect business requirements • Support the Application Manager in the design, development, and implementation of IT projects and application upgrades • Conduct feasibility studies for new tool implementations • Investigate and recommend improvements to existing systems and operation methods to provide integration, standardisation, and conversion of new systems in line with the company and group strategy • Support in developing and managing project schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans • Help ensure that standard service levels are met within the agreed time frame and budget (KPI based) • Analyse current programs, systems, procedures and practices with emphasis on continual improvements. • Plan, design, test, document, and implement complex system enhancements or new systems according to specifications and company standards by handling constraints in terms of timing, budget and resources (both internal and IT software suppliers).. • Manage the performance and relationship with external IT suppliers • Actively participate in resolving high-priority outages, troubleshooting on assigned business • Build and maintain reports with KPIs concerning Services and Systems • Actively participate in Communication campaign from IT vs company end users • Cultivate and maintain strong team-level partnerships between all involved actors, ensuring information flows freely between the teams • Assist in identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks and issues • Participate in regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management • Assist in managing relationships with vendors and third-party service providers • Document business processes, solutions, and best practices.
