Description

The Master’s School designs training paths, often tailored to the demand for specialization asked for by companies for new graduates, but not only.
In general, master programs include:

  • approximately 400h in class
  • minimum 60 CFUs
  • project work and thesis in company

Masters are usually co-designed in partnership and in a custom way for important companies for employer branding in the main Italian sectors. The offer focuses on technologies such as artificial intelligence, energy transition, sustainability, and the consequences of climate change. These themes are declined in a range of sectors with different technological maturity: automotive, tlc, aerospace, motorways, energy, high precision mechanics, retail, software, design.

Many of these Masters are offered by companies by high training and research apprenticeship, a contract aimed at the training and employment of young people under 30; this contract allows employment in a working reality from the first day of the Master program, without any cost of attendance for the student.

The other soul of the training offer concerns the executive training aimed at keeping abreast of new technologies (e.g. BIM, AI, quantum computing, the use of hydrogen for sustainable mobility) and how innovation affects the engineering, architecture and design professions. This training can be carried out in short courses (about 40 hours – weekend formula) or in real executive Master’s degrees up to an Executive MBA.
