CREA is an Italian company, now part of the Advantest Group, founded in 1992 by a team of engineers in the field of automatic test equipment. CREA’s core business is the testing of power semiconductors. Many years working in the laboratories of semiconductor manufacturers have enabled us to develop specific know-how in the design of test systems (DC/AC parametric testing) for IGBTs, MOSFETs, SCRs, DIODEs and all types of power modules available on the market. The continuous development of HW and SW platforms allows us to meet any new technological requirement with innovative solutions for different production levels, guaranteeing the correct measurement of dynamic power.

Thanks to the ideas born within it, technologically advanced products have been realised for testing semiconductors.
