Description

EOS Solutions is looking for a Junior ERP Operations Consultant for Dynamics 365 for its Turin or Cuneo office.

Specifically, the Consultant:

• After an initial pairing with Senior figures, participates in all aspects of the ERP solution implementation with particular regard to Operations functionalities, from the analysis of the Customer’s business requirements to the configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet their needs;
• Collaborates with key users in order to acquire a complete view of the business processes used by the Customer, comparing them with the standard functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics;
• Is responsible for the production of documentation on business requirements, as well as for the configuration and customization of the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the Customer’s business requirements. In case of need for modifications/customizations to the processes or Dynamics application, facilitates the Customer’s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will guide the development process;
• Is responsible for conducting tests and training the Customer’s resources to ensure successful maintenance and use of the Microsoft Dynamics application.

Required skills and experiences:

• Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science or in economic disciplines, or another degree or training relevant to the required specialization;
• Knowledge of business processes, in particular those related to the planning and execution of Production, as well as the Sales, Purchases and Warehouse Management areas;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Driving license B.
