Description

We are looking for a Junior Business analyst for our GATE IT & Digital unit who will support the entire end-to-end functional design of the platform.

You will be responsible for collecting business requirements from different stakeholders, analyzing them, creating the related user stories, and testing them once released.

Candidate requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management engineering, or a related field - Good knowledge of English and Italian

Planned activities

• Actively communicate internal/external stakeholders and enjoying shaping the product/solution with them, communicate on all levels of company structure from IT development to the management team • Efficiently communicate also internally, explain design ideas, consistently “fight” for good things to happen • Provide expertise in problem structuring, problem solving, business analysis and design of the solution • Work on each phase of delivery - from concept and idea to implementation, from high-level design to functional specification and testing • Prepare documentation and other forms of deliverables, including (but not limited to) business design and functional specification • Challenge ideas and opinions
