Candidate requirements

What it Takes: Degree in Engineering and Management or similar background Detail-oriented, capacity to work following pre-agreed processes Very good interpersonal communication, planning and organizational skills Experience with standard business software (e.g. Office suite), especially with Excel and Power Point Fluent in English language, written and oral skil

Planned activities

What You’ll Do: Help the OPCM Specialist in organizing Project activities within Connectivity Operations department Ensure that information relevant to the teams activities and operational knowledge is distributed efficiently among the Connectivity Operations teams Participate in identifying optimizations of specific work-flows Assisting OPCM Specialist in the management of daily operations within various departments Helping in planning and executing events, projects Participating actively in synthetizing current processes, helping in the identification of potential areas of improvement Propose and formalize, under OPCM Specialist supervision, requests for work-flow enhancement in the ITSM too
