Description

We are looking for a dynamic resource to join our Global Transformation Team in the various daily activities aimed at contributing to the company’s transformation and growth process.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to get to the heart of the strategy and dynamics behind this process and will need to demonstrate excellent skills in the drafting of documents, presentations and reports, as well as efficient management of email communications.

The role also involves constant liaison and collaboration with business stakeholders at different levels, including senior management, to support the team in planning and progressing activities.

Main responsabilities:

• actively collaborate with the Group Head of Transformation in day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient workflow and contributing to the achievement of business transformation goals;
• analyse data and create complex reports in Excel and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring accuracy and professional formatting to support high-level presentations;
• manage email communications effectively, organising information and coordinating responses in line with established priorities;
• collaborate with various business stakeholders, including senior management, to facilitate effective communication and support the GTO in planning and progressing activities;
• ensure that all activities and commitments are planned and managed efficiently, meeting established deadlines.

Candidate requirements

Degree in Management Engineering ; Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Power BI preferred; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interact with different hierarchical levels; Analytical skills, precision and attention to detail in analysing numerical data; Autonomy and good organisational skills; Ability to work collaboratively and interface with different hierarchical levels in the company; Proactivity, dynamism and enthusiasm; Excellent oral and written knowledge of the English language; Knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.
