Description

The person will support the Customer Experience team in shaping the user experience of the IVECO digital products by creating a clear, concise, and user-centric experience and prototype both for Off-board and On-board Solutions, Connectivity web portal, and Driver’s mobile apps.

Candidate requirements

- Bachelor in Engineering - Fluent in Italian and English

Planned activities

- Lead all phases of UX/UI development, from research and conceptualization to creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, ensuring innovative design solutions. - Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and industry best practices, while effectively communicating updates and issues to stakeholders and team members.
