Description

In the framework of Low Voltage Energy Balance vehicular assessment, the engineer will be responsible for the Definition, Development, Testing, and Validation of a MATLAB/Simulink model that emulates the energy flowing in the vehicle during different driving missions.

Candidate requirements

- Bachelor in Engineering - Fluent in Italian and English

Planned activities

The main part of the activity is to improve the existing modeling strategies and to cross-validate the considered modeling approach with real data coming from on-field track tests, real measurements on-site, datasheets, etc. The foreseen internship activity and the developed model will impact all IVECO vehicle ranges (Light, Medium, and Heavy commercial vehicles, buses). The resulting model-based software tool must be developed according to IVECO design rules and expectations that will be clearly addressed at the beginning of the activity.
