Description

We are looking for a Hybrid Systems – HV Lithium-Ion Batteries Specialist for our Propulsion System Dept., a brand-new team within IDV.

Candidate requirements

- Bachelor in Engineering - Fluency in Italian and English (level B2/C1), any other language is a plus

Planned activities

Your mission is to lead the HV Lithium-Ion Battery System development In particular: • Prepare Statement of Work Request for Information, Request for Quotation • Support test lab analysis of battery packs and cells including data analysis, and report generation • Release work procedures, instructions, protocols and documentation • Critically review the interfaces (mechanical, thermo-hydraulic, HV connections and signals connectors) ; • Review the BMS functions and electronics • Support the Lithium-Ion Batteries (LFP, NMC, LTO) thermo-electrical simulations; • Support the Lithium-Ion Batteries HW integration in the vehicle systems and the customer homologation process (e.g. ECE R100, UN38.3, MIL-STD 461, CISPR 25/36 );
