Description

The candidate will be included in the Bolzano Plant Logistics team and the internship will be part of the continuous improvement of the Plant, to reduce losses and waste present in the factory production system and develop the skills and know-how of problem solving.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Engineering; • Good knowledge of English and Italian. German is considered as a plus; • Good knowledge of MS Office; • Team building and excellent relationship skills are the soft skills that complete the profile.

Planned activities

• Material analysis (PN-flow matrix); • Layout analysis consistent with the hypothesized power supply logic; • Kaizen management / projects / saving / matrix E); • LEWO analysis (Logistic Emergency Work Order); • Updating of signs / visual aids; • Logistics Engineering office support • Optimize logistical flows and material management by concentrating the activity on losses, the elimination of which can bring greater benefits and improve the efficiency of the Plant; • Drastically reduce process inefficiencies; • Eliminate non-value-added activities by reducing waste and developing a widespread attitude towards improvement; • Develop specific problem-solving skills.
