Description

Mission:

• Assist in supporting the HSE team to achieve business goals that meet shareholders’ expectations, focusing on health, safety, environmental aspects, continuous improvement, and good corporate governance on assigned projects.
• Support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of workplace health & safety and environmental requirements on sites and/or projects, and coordinate the HSE team within the assigned area.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to establishing, documenting, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the HSE Local Management System in compliance with International Standards, IMS, and Local Procedures.
• Assist in supervising the implementation of ASTS activities in compliance with HSE Policies, HSE Legislative requirements, HSE Customer Requirements, and the HSE Management System (IMS).
• Support the implementation of HSE hazard identification, HSE risk assessment, and identification of necessary control measures (Management Plan) within HSE Policies, applicable HSE Legislation, HSE Customer requirements, and the HSE Management System (IMS).
• Help conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to HSE Legislative requirements.
• Assist in implementing HSE Programs to achieve HSE objectives and targets.
• Support the management of external HSE resources appointed on worksite and construction sites.
• Contribute to HSE Communication, Participation, and Consultation.
• Assist in identifying legal and IMS requirements for engaged suppliers and subcontractors.
• Help define and update procedures for managing potential emergency situations.
• Monitor, report, and communicate HSE performance and implement solutions in case of negative trends.
• Assist in investigating and analyzing HSE accidents and incidents (including near misses).
• Identify nonconformities and verify that corrective/preventive actions are taken to mitigate and avoid recurrence.
• Cooperate in implementing proper documentation for annual management review meetings.

Education/Qualifications
Engineering master’s degree (in alternative qualified HSE Master) 

Languages

Fluent Knowledge of English (written & spoken).

The Italian language is mandatory
