Description

The Site Process Engineer Intern is the person characterized by a strong passion for the supply chain, with the ability to analyze logistics flows, viewing warehouse activities, interfacing with the customer and developing optimization and efficiency solutions.

What responsibilities do you have?

• Processes data and analyzes site logistics flows;
• Collects operational data on the progress of the activity in compliance with the KPIs in a database that is forwarded to the Operation Manager;
• Is the interface with the Customer in case of requests for operational changes and to guarantee the quality of the process;
• Analyzes and maps the warehouse to optimize logistics flows and material picking;
• Perform design, technical development and optimization activities (2D and 3D layout, analysis of IN/OUT flows, MDO sizing, definition of storage logic, picking);
• Monitors service levels;
• Analyzes processes from a Lean perspective;
• Manages NC and develops corrective actions using RCA;
• Plan your warehouse inventory.

Candidate requirements

Degree in Management Engineering (preferred) or equivalent Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel and Access Excellent knowledge of the English language Good problem solving skills Good initiative and communication skills Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
