Description

The resource will be involved in on-site operational activities and will be responsible for ensuring the correct application and compliance with HSE requirements by personnel and subcontractors.

Candidate requirements

Knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08 with particular focus on Title IV. Knowledge of Legislative Decree 152/06. Accuracy and attention to detail in data management. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with both technical and managerial personnel. Strong time management and deadline-handling skills.

Planned activities

Ensure compliance with the requirements of Legislative Decree 81/08, with particular focus on Title IV and on the verification of the technical-professional suitability of subcontractors on site. Monitor deadlines and maintain relations with regulatory bodies, the works management, and the Safety Coordinator during Execution, actively participating in scheduled periodic meetings. Carry out specific risk analyses related to construction activities, identifying potential hazards for worker safety and the environment; implement the Health and Safety Operational Plan (POS) and draft specific work procedures. Define and update safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries, ensuring that all workers are properly informed and trained on tasks to be carried out, and regularly conduct dedicated Toolbox Talks. Perform regular on-site inspections to verify compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, reporting any violations or emerging risks to the appointed delegate and the HSE Manager (RSPP). With support from the head office, define emergency plans and organize drills and specific training sessions for staff. Support the Environmental Manager with tasks such as waste disposal and emission management, aiming to minimize the environmental impact of construction activities. Draft periodic reports on site safety conditions and the progress of HSE activities. Collaborate with the QHSE team during internal and external audits and in drafting procedures aimed at maintaining existing certifications.
