As a Quality Trainee in Valeo Pianezza you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies, in the electronics development working in an international and multicultural environment.

Candidate requirements

Desired skills: - Engineering Degree, preferred mechanical or industrial engineering; - Fluent English; - Teamworking attitude.

Planned activities

Mission: Ensure through audits that the quality requirements in the various working stations according to the Valeo Quality Standards, if any problem is detected, report the issue to quality responsible and production supervisor and apply the established reactivity rules and get involved in immediate containment actions. Audit the standards (For example: OK start, work instructions, visual inspection standard, parameter setting records, magic square….) displayed & used in production and notify the corresponding Supervisor/ Engineer of any non-conformities. Audit that the controls performed are in line with the control plan requirements: Content, method, frequency, results & reaction to non-conformities. Support the implementation of quality improvement actions and stop scrap activities. Ensure the respect of the quality standards. Define and validate with the Supervisor and APU Quality Engineer the immediate containment actions for any quality issues. Attend and participate in ongoing training specific to the position. Prepare Quality Alerts and training of the concerned team on their content. You will learn how to: - Manage problem solving with structured quality methodology; - Interact with different functions of structured organization; - Assembly and control Headlamps and Rearlamps manufacturing process ; - Participate with the team to reduce the scraps and guarantee customer quality;
