Who You Are:

The Broadband Knowledge and Planning Specialist manages technical documentation and operational procedures for the NOC (design, release, improvement, monitoring)  in coordination with Connectivity Operations and Business Unit teams. He/She also analyses Service Operations process KPIs (internal and external) to improve the management of customer incidents and platform events.

Where you’ll be: Turin, Italy

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in STEM subjects, preferably related to Telecommunications, with 2-3 years of experience in technical writing or operations management • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail • Good understanding of Incident, Event, Problem and Change Management processes, with a view on the ITIL practices • Familiarity and experience with ITSM, business intelligence, cooperation/documentation tools, (e.g. Atlassian Confluence, Jira, Tableau, ServiceNow), and with standard business software (e.g. MS Office suite) • Excellent English and Italian languages written and oral skills. French is a plus • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Experience in team coordination is an asset

Planned activities

• Design, draft, review and release of new technical documentation and procedures, in coordination with technical writers • Supervise and coordinate the review and evolution of existing technical documentation and procedures • Organize the integration of troubleshooting and escalation flows and processes with the ITSM and monitoring tools • Act as a reference point, in the technical department, for ISO-related compliance activities involving documentation
