Description

SPEA S.p.A., company worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of testing systems for semiconductors and electronic boards, is looking for a Project Manager.

Activities:
He/she will organize and lead teams in order to ensure adherence to timelines, methods, and quality of products and business processes in the following areas of application:

  • Project Management
  • Process Improvement

Project Management
The Project Manager will have organizational responsibility for a SPEA product or functional unit.
The job involves leading the delivery from the commercial negotiation and technical feasibility stages through design, development and construction to installation at the customer’s end.
He/She will be expected to ensure that the work is completed on time and on schedule by all departments involved.
PM works closely with R&D, Sales and Commercial, Production, Customer Support.

Process Improvement
He/She will be responsible for working alongside one or more SPEA Departments for the purpose of streamlining their processes.

 

Candidate requirements

Bachelor's degree in management engineering. Willingness to take personal charge of a project Availability to work side-by-side with the Technical department in order to be familiar with the features of SPEA machines from the start and quickly acquire the skills necessary to perform their work. Ability to analyze complex situations and break them down into components of simpler resolution Determination to gradually assume a primary role in the business organization Ability to communicate the right approach to all members of the working team

The job includes the following activities: Analysis and design of the state "as-is" of processes Conceptual design of improvement actions Implementation Control and monitoring of the achieved results
