TXT Group is looking for an Avionic Test Engineer. In the Aerospace & Aviation division, more specifically in the area of avionic systems integration, professional positions are sought for systems activities, avionic integration and testing.

The candidate will be expected to develop and execute procedures and test sequences on low-level and high-level code for software validation of an avionics system, based on system specifications and requirements. In addition, the resource will participate, along with the rest of the team, in activities required to obtain device certification.

Main responsibilities:

• Definition, development and execution of tests for system validation;
• Preparation and management of related documentation (Test Reports);
• Management of the test process in line with the DO-178B/C specification;
• Supporting the Avionics Integration activity.

Skills you already have:

• Knowledge of avionics systems;
• Knowledge of the principles of requirements engineering;
• Knowledge of one or more scripting languages;
• Good knowledge of testing methods.

Optional Skills:

• Ability to use laboratory instrumentation (Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Signal Generator);
• Knowledge of major protocols typical of avionics systems (ARINC 429, MIL-STD 1553, Serial Protocol, etc.).

Required Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or Computer Engineering.

Senior (6+ years of experience) is sought.
