Description

The person will collaborate in the first line of support of the IT HR & Corporate Functions applications. Based on the requirements of the users, he/she will have to analyze incidents, issues, or new development and follow up on resolution/implementation. He/she must comply with the company policies and computer security policies

Candidate requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Management Engineering, or related field - Knowledge and capabilities on managing reporting - Knowledge and experience in Project management - Ability to provide and prepare reports for Business users - Knowledge of standard office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc. - Analytical and problem solving

Planned activities

* Involvement in activities/meetings to collect enhancements need for HR & Corporate Functions existing systems * Actively participate in new IT Human Resources and Corporate Functions projects, showing the willingness to learn about processes and procedures * Actively participate in resolving high-priority outages, troubleshooting IT HR and Corporate Functions systems * Build and maintain reports with KPIs concerning Services and Systems * Actively participate in Communication campaign from IT vs company end users * Promoting jointly with other IT teams a new idea of Information Technology through communication campaigns, newsletters and surveys * Cultivate and maintain strong team-level partnerships with other teams to eliminate silos, ensuring information flows freely between the teams
