Description

The person will collaborate with the first line of support of the Core HR and Reporting systems. Based on the requirements of the users, he/she will have to analyze incidents, issues, or new developments and follow up on resolution/implementation. He/she must comply with the company policies and computer security policies.

Candidate requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Interest in HR systems and reporting technologies. - Basic knowledge of HR systems or Reporting systems (e.g. Qlik, PowerBi) - Previous experience on HR systems (e.g. SAP HR) or Reporting systems (e.g. Qlik, PowerBi) is a plus - Knowledge and capabilities in managing reporting - Knowledge in Project management - Ability to provide and prepare reports for Business users - Knowledge of standard office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc. - Analytical and problem solving. - Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

Planned activities

* Involvement in activities/meetings to collect enhancements need for Core HR & Reporting existing systems * Actively participate in IT Core HR & Reporting projects, showing a willingness to learn about processes and procedures * Actively participate in resolving high-priority outages, troubleshooting on IT Core HR & Reporting systems * Build and maintain reports with KPIs concerning Services and Systems * Cultivate and maintain strong team-level partnerships with other teams to eliminate silos, ensuring information flows freely between the teams
