🔵 About Plino

🏛️ The Company

Pietro Galimberti (CEO), Viola Bonesu (COO), and Enrico Castelli (CTO) started the company inside Italy’s most important venture originator, Vento Ventures, financed by Exor Ventures, which made an initial investment. We’re receiving good validation from the market, we’re accelerated by Berkeley SkyDeck with the investment of Cariplo Factory, and we plan to close a pre-seed round by Q3 2024.

đź’¬ The Product

Plino is a generative AI-powered conversational SaaS for Small-Medium Businesses that makes running Financial Planning & Analysis much faster and easier than what is currently available. Plino automatically collects business data from connected data sources, analyzes them and extracts relevant insights and trends, and replies to any question in the chat, with fast, accurate and easy to understand answers.

We are building Plino to create an incredibly fast system for taking strategic data-driven business decisions, and to make data analytics accessible to everyone.

We already have a working beta, and we’re planning to roll it out to early users in the next few weeks. Our early customers can’t wait to try Plino!

🧑‍💻 About the Role

Plino is a web app: to help us build it, we’re looking for a full-stack engineer with experience with React.js (for the frontend) and FastAPI (for the backend), or with similar frameworks (Vue, Angular, Flask, Django, etc.).

  • crafting visually appealing front-end components for Plino using React.js

  • interfacing with external APIs (e.g. data sources, authentication)
  • helping us keep the test coverage at 100%
  • providing great documentation for the code you write
  • if you have the experience, deploying the app with CI/CD pipelines and optimizing the infra code

We value fast learners who follow good code practices and have a great eye for design.
