Description

The candidate will be part of the IDV Manufacturing team to promote the best technical and process solutions to achieve the efficiency and quality requirements.

The person, adequately supported by the reference company tutor, will find himself operating in a context that works by order and therefore highly customized and characterized by often frequent and rapid implementation requests for product customization.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering; • Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular regard to Excel and PowerPoint; • Good knowledge of English and Italian (at least B2 required); • The profile is completed with good problem-solving, analytical, communication, and relationship skills connected to the spirit of teamwork.

Planned activities

• Support the development and implementation of immediate solutions in collaboration with all plant functions; • Interface with all the support functions in the plant to facilitate their activity and interaction; • Develop internal and external benchmarking to identify new industrial methodologies and best practices, promoting the standardization of tools and procedures and supporting the plants with continuous improvement methodologies; • Ensure the correct implementation of KPIs; • Work on launch activities and production capability concerning quality, costs, and time objectives; • Collaborate for the installation of a completed product application into the plant, working with the project team to diagnose and fix problems, from launch to site maintenance and optimization.
