Description

The Product Management Trainee has the responsibility for the product definition based on the market requests and technical needs.

Candidate requirements

- Bachelor in Engineering - Fluency in Italian and English (Level B2/C1)

Planned activities

• Generate new ideas that grow product competitiveness and market share, improve customer experience and drive growth • Propose initiatives of product evolution looking to product strategy, commercial benefits and potential return on investments • Support product development plans and positioning setting • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, performances, offers, and specifications • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact • Check continuous consistency between product targets and technical specifications
