Description

The person in charge for this role will operate in the R&T Centre supporting:

• New Product Introduction (NPI) and First Batch Approval (FBA) processes.
• PTMs on localization of formulations in order to improve efficiency and/or cost of production.
• Regional Product Technology KPIs and relative maintenance and update.
• Technical investigation in case of customers issues by performing root causes analysis, completing of quality report for PQC (detailing current serious issues and complaints and highlighting business risk) and supporting periodic Quality meeting by presenting data and providing feedback if needed.
• QC Lab Team Leaders in statistic data analysis management focused on the PIAQA standard: MSA, TMA and SQC.
• Development and deployment of EMEA Regional products.

Candidate requirements

- Degree in Chemical engineering. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of IT tools (especially Excel). - English: B2. - Car Owner (mandatory).
