Description

In Customer Service we’re looking for a passionate and talented Data Analyst to join our Technical Cost team in Service Solution department.

Candidate requirements

· Master's degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering · Knowledge of Microsoft tools (excel, powerpoint) and good database management skills (Business Intelligence) · Good booth in spoken and written English · Knowledge of statistical tools (e.g. SAS, R, Python) · Logical and rigorous approach to problem solving · Expertise in statistical analysis and forecasting models · High level of autonomy · High ability to work in a team · Reach for discontinuity approach

Planned activities

The Technical Cost team is responsible for : · Define and calculate the technical costs of Maintenance and Repair services for current and new products, according to the policies and offers defined in the Iveco Group Strategic Business Plan · Data modelling using reliability and failure probability models. · Maintain and update the systems that manage the Maintenance and Repair services, ensuring that they are published in line with the defined company deadlines · Evaluate the impact of product improvements on TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), helping the work team (Quality, Service Engineering, Parts, Technical Support) to identify and achieve objectives · Analyse the benefits of integrating warranty, diagnostic and telematics data to reduce warranty costs and define customer/mission-specific pricing
