Description

Position Purpose

The Strategy Intern will support the RDO and Strategy Development team by providing detailed analysis and strategic insights during PLI route-to-market design and execution.

He applies deep analytical skills to crunch data and information in order to develop Business Case, acting also as PMO to ensure the correct management of the projects from start to finish and efficient coordination of cross functional teams.

He supports also key strategic initiatives contributing with actionable and tailor-made recommendations for international markets and Full Potential initiatives.

Detailed scope

• Development of business case of key strategic initiatives.
• Business Development of International Strategic Markets.
• Act as PMO, defining project needs and development of a detailed timeline for completion, coordinating the team, monitoring and keeping track of project progress for the above strategic initiatives.
• Support specifics Full Potential Initiatives, helping the team to deliver the planned outcome.
• Execute the collection of information to support the generation of insights and recommendations to address various business issues and opportunities.

Candidate requirements

- Master's degree in Management or Production Engineering. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of IT tools (especially Excel). - English: B2. - Car Owner (mandatory).
