Candidate requirements
Who You Are Students or recent graduates in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Energy Engineering, or related fields. Problem-solving skills: ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and propose effective process improvements. Teamwork: ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and departments, communicating clearly and contributing to improvement projects. Adaptability: flexibility in dealing with various situations and work environments, tackling challenges with agility and proposing creative solutions. Willingness to learn: openness to acquiring new skills and specific knowledge related to production and the paper industry. Time management: ability to organize your activities efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain excellent work organization during the internship. Communication: ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, sharing outcomes with your team and colleagues. Results-oriented mindset: determination to pursue goals and achieve the desired outcomes of the internship project, working with dedication.Planned activities
What You’ll Do Take part in continuous improvement projects under the guidance of experienced engineers and managers, learning directly on the job. Support the analysis of production processes and contribute to identifying innovative solutions to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety. Actively collaborate in implementing improvements: participate in the definition of new processes, the introduction of advanced tools and technologies, and the application of optimization methodologies. Draft technical documentation, including data analysis, project reports, and standard operating procedures. Participate in training and professional development: opportunities to attend courses and workshops on improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, quality, and logistics departments to gain a complete understanding of the production process and the supply chain.
