Description

Main responsibilities:

– Design, develop and implement all process design activities
– Carry out process analysis and simulations to evaluate the efficiency of the processes
– Prepare Heat Material Balance Sheets
– Create Process Flow Diagrams and Process Piping &Instrumentation Diagrams
– Equipment sizing;
– Equipment and Instrumentation Process datasheet compilation
– Knowledge of international best practices and engineering standards
– Definition and sizing of lines
– PSV, Control Valves calculation and sizing
– HazOp, HazId support
– Prepare Process Specifications for Request for Quotation (RfQ) and provide support
for the technical process compliance
– Assistance to the various disciplines for the development of detailed design
– Carry out feasibility analyses
– Ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency of the plants
– Verify compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards
