  • Undergraduates or graduates in Economics, Management or equivalent. Theoretical knowledge (university level) about Planning and key DSP, Supply Chain processes, objectives and methodologies is a plus.

Position Summary

The candidate will support the Demand and Supply Planning team for the replenishment of our iconic brands to the main warehouse with the objective to maintain the optimal stock cover level with a high freshness to meet customer demand whilst minimizing cost.

The candidate will participate in the implementation of projects to improve inter-functional supply chain processes with the objective of reducing total delivered costs. Development of reporting and analytical tools in Demand & Supply area, collaborating with the category DSP teams in the day-to-day ensuring supply activities.

 

A day in the life of…

  • Analyze and evaluate the supply plan, agree with producer the best supply profile
  • Integrate processes with Information System applications (SAP) to reduce manual activities and improve automatism
  • Implement processes improvements to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time saving, increased efficiencies, etc.);

Key Relationships Internal to Nestlé Group

  • Customer service, Warehouse, Logistics and Transport
  • Demand planners in the Markets
  • Procurement

 

What will make you successful?

  • Undergraduates or graduates in Economics, Management or equivalent;
  • Short experience in Supply Chain/Operations may be a plus;
  • Analytical mindset and good knowledge of Excel, PowerBI, Power Point, Outlook and Digital skills;
  • Strong communication and relational skills;
  • Collaborate proactively with an innovative and constructive approach;
  • Mental agility, insight, analysis and synthesis;
  • Fluent in both Italian and English.
