Position Summary

The candidate will have the opportunity to support the full marketing team in implementing the annual activity plan for our iconic brands among a international strategy.

The candidate will support the whole marketing team in developing the marketing plan activities, through market data analysis, I/R process and promotional activities in point of sales and will manage Digital Media activities.

 

A day in the life of…

  • Brand performance market analysis with identification of key trends and relevant performances in order to deeply understand Market dynamics;
  • Support for the implementation of consumer/trade promotional activities: development of POP materials, flyers, promotional materials and websites involving both internal and external stakeholders (agencies);
  • Internal meeting preparation and presentation;
  • Management (semi-autonomous) of Marketing expenses;
  • Design the product portfolio through market data analysis and I&R processes (from idea generation, to launch and post-evaluation);
  • Support for the development/implementation of digital communication activities and the development of communication plans, both with media and PR activation.

 

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Undergraduates or graduates in Marketing or Economics;
  • Analytical mindset and good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Digital skills;
  • Passionate about marketing, result focus with auto-organization skills;
  • Responsible and proactive with good communication and relationship skills;
  • Team player;
  • Fluent in both Italian and English.
