  • Undergraduates or graduates in Economics and Management or equivalent. Theoretical knowledge (university level) about Planning and key DSP, Supply Chain processes, objectives and methodologies is a plus.

Position Summary

The resource will work in the Transportation HUB South Europe organization as Service Specialist in a dynamic environment taking opportunity to make experience on different Nestle businesses for our iconic brands, supporting the execution team in order to guarantee the best service level for the orders inside the domestic distribution network monitoring end to end the flow of the deliveries and the system alignment.

Otherwise, the candidate will collaborate with T-Procurement Team and Carriers in order to maximize service level of carriers.

 

A day in the life of…

  • Support team on requests coming from Customers/Customer Service/Sales/Carriers;
  • Investigate on root causes for issues / problem solving in the End to End Process;
  • Solve issues on arrival at Customers and keep internal stakeholders informed (Sales Force / Cust Service);
  • Solve issues of capacity with carriers;
  • Monitoring on time pick up from Warehouse, in transit tracking, on time on customers thorough SAP TM, Transporeon, Sixfold (in transit visibility);
  • Analyse KPI on carriers, working on coverage for in transit tracking;
  • Support in reporting improvements and in standardization of the processes.

 

What will make you successful?

  • Undergraduates or graduates in Economics and Management or equivalent;
  • Short experience in Supply Chain/Operations may be a plus;
  • Analytical mindset and good knowledge of Excel, PowerBI, Power Point, Outlook and Digital skills;
  • Strong communication and relational skills;
  • Collaborate proactively with an innovative and constructive approach;
  • Mental agility, insight, analysis and synthesis;
  • Fluent in both Italian and English.
