Position Summary

This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of sales and contribute to our global businesses.

 

A day in the life of…

  • Support our Sales Team in the definition, planning, execution and monitoring of commercial plans in the assigned area;
  • Play a pivotal role in supporting the Area Manager in developing the business, making country analysis, executing go-to-market strategies, and establishing successful partnerships with key business partners.
  • Coordinate exchange of information and sales materials with our distribution partners and customers (samples, product certifications, product images, catalogues …);
  • Support Sales team in coordinating with distribution partners the local commercial plans monitoring execution and budget;
  • Support on the forecast & orders activity, performance data analysis, providing actionable insights to enhance sales productivity and revenue generation;
  • Support in developing and executing a proper Brand support package for our distribution partners (i.e. Digital assets, POS materials etc.);
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis, including market research, industry trends, competitor insights, consumer behavior trends, to identify new opportunities for growth;
  • Prepare professional presentations for business partners, stakeholders, and internal teams, communicating key strategies and progress updates effectively;
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Customer Development Team, Supply Chain, to ensure a coordinated approach to market penetration and growth.

 

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Highly organized, problem-solving, analytical and quantitative mindset;
  • Analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and Power Query
  • Curiosity and a strong interest in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities;
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, capable of developing effective relationships with all stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both English and Italian.
