Position Summary

Collaborate with all the functions involved for preparation of Budget and dynamic forecast (annual and quarterly) and actual closing;

Support in the financial analysis process of the cost with a monthly deep dive of the general ledger, facilitating a fact based decision making process, in full alignment to financial and Nestlé Accounting Standards requirement;

Improve existing excel reporting structure and interact with the stakeholders for the spending review;

Collaborate with the Center of Competence based in Barcelona for preparation of dynamic forecast (annual and quarterly) and actual closing;

Give support to the team during the steps of Budget process.

A day in the life of…

• Collaborate with Decision Support Manager, Moge and Business controller in order to provide a high-quality data/ timely framework;
• Reporting, data and analysis preparation to be submitted to the Business Unit Controller and to Center of Cost stakeholders;
• Collaborate with the ICCC of Barcelona (International Cost Center of Competence);
• Support all the stakeholders with their different needs: most of them need to be guided in Nestlé and in the financial processes as they have completely different back-ground (IT, engineer, architect….).

What Will Make You Successful?

• Undergraduates or graduates in Economics/ Finance and/or Accountancy Qualification;
• Basics knowledge Financial Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance;
• Analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel;
• Curiosity and results focus;
• Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships;
• Good organizational skills;
• Problem solving skills;
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
