Candidate requirements

We’d love to hear from you if: You hold a master’s degree in Engineering (Especially Civil, Mechanical or Building). You are fluent in English and Italian. You have spent maximum 2 years in a professional environment. You are a flexible team player, with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others. You are mobile (and willing to relocate): ready to move to another city and start your career. You have a driving license (from at least 1 year).

Planned activities

We’re looking for the next generation of high-performing, post-graduate people to take our company forward. Grow@Hilti Program is our development program with real responsibility from day one. Grow@Hilti program – Engineering track is a development program like no other. Over a two-year and half period we’ll prepare you for a managerial career by putting you at the center of our customer-focused business model. It’s fast paced and challenging, but we’ll coach and mentor you while broadening you experience through a range of tasks and impactful activities. The program is split into three main stages of work: 18 months as Account Manager or HS Representative: you’ll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business – our customers, products, services and software. 9 months as Field Engineer: you will be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers. This involves educating critical influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages and value of Hilti products and, to securing their specification in the designs. 3 months on a regional strategic project on Engineering Marketing, Engineering Competence Center or PMO: this will give you an international perspective of our company. The next Assessment Centre will be on June 26th.
