Candidate requirements

We’d love to hear from you if: You hold a master’s degree in Management/Industrial/Mechanic Engineering or other Degree, plus a Master's in Supply Chain. You are fluent in English and Italian. You have spent maximum 2 years in a professional environment. You are a flexible team player, with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others. You are mobile: ready to move to another city and start your career. You have a driving license (from at least 1 year).

We’re looking for the next generation of high-performing, post-graduate people to take our company forward. Grow@Hilti Program is our development program with real responsibility from day one. Grow@Hilti program – Operations track is a development program like no other. Over a two-year period we’ll prepare you for a leadership career by putting you at the center of our customer-focused business model. It’s fast paced and challenging, but we’ll coach and mentor you while broadening you experience through a range of tasks and an impactful social project. The program is split into three main stages of work: 18 months as an account manager or Hilti Store Representative: you’ll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business – our customers, products, services and software. 9 months in one of these two roles: Logistics Trainee: you’ll be supporting operational tasks related to product availability and inventory management, ensures appropriate level of stock and enables the organization to meet service level targets while also minimizing cost. Local Repair Process Expert Trainee: your key responsibilities will be to analyse and improve existing standards, identify gaps and develop global standards to ensure operational excellence. 3 months on a regional strategic project in our Logistics or After Market Service Departments: this will give you an international perspective of our company.
