Description

Mission

Assist in the application of the Controlling Model on projects with a medium level of complexity.

Responsibilities:

• Help present project results, including explanations on main deviations (whole life and yearly).
• Assist in monthly reporting of all item deviations (costs, revenue, cash in, etc.) to relevant stakeholders (PM, WP leaders, Controlling coordinator).
• Support the control of Work Package leaders’ forecasts (workload, schedule with contract milestones, budget).
• Ensure alignment in Controlling tools and verify the coherence of data based on official documentation (actual, forecast, whole life costs, and invoicing).
• Assist in anticipating and highlighting potential risks of deviations in terms of costs or delays to PM, work package leaders, or senior controller as soon as possible.
• Help verify the forecast of cash out based on cost schedules.
• Monitor the respect of the forecast and track deviations.
• Promptly report to PM and WP leaders about whole life and main deviations.
• Analyze Earned Value output for each WP with Planner and PM.
• Assist in calculating EVA at a global level in accordance with the group controlling model.

Education / Qualifications:
Degrees in accounting or equivalent technical background 

Languages: 

Good English proficiency (written and spoken) 

The Italian language is mandatory
