Description

The Permanent Recruitment Division of ADHR Group is looking for a:

PROJECT MANAGER

The resource will lead important, challenging and ambitious company projects. He/she will work closely with the technical office, the purchasing office and production, constantly monitoring the progress of the work within the pre-established times.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Manage the entire life cycle of the project, from planning to delivery, ensuring compliance with time and costs.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional team to develop innovative technological solutions that can be adapted to customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, adopting preventive and corrective measures when necessary.

The ideal candidate has the following minimum requirements:
• Degree in Management/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
• Experience, even brief, in managing industrial automation projects;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.

Candidate requirements
