Description

The Permanent Recruitment Division of ADHR Group is looking for a:

JUNIOR PROCESS ENGINEER

The person will be placed in the technical office and, alongside senior colleagues, will be responsible for:
• Management of the plant systems, following their variations and ensuring their proper functioning, functionally coordinating the teams on shifts.
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Participation in projects for the implementation of effective production processes;
• Development of models and support tools for process management;
• Management of production-related issues;
• Participation in continuous improvement and change management projects.

The ideal person has the following minimum requirements:
• Master’s degree in chemical engineering (preferred) or in management engineering;
• Basic knowledge of the main data analysis tools and process management methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactivity, results-oriented and ability to work in a team.
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Candidate requirements
