Description

The intern will be placed in in the Mechanical Engineering and Design team and will be involved in a strategic project to analyze and develop an integrated document management system aimed at the efficient management of technical and product certification documentation.

Expected activities

• Analysis of document flows currently in use
• Mapping of regulatory requirements related to certified products
• Conceptual design of an integrated system for document storage, management and retrieval
• Drafting of reports and design documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Interest in document management systems, design, and business processes
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Basic knowledge of major computer tools (Office, possible management)
• Aptitude for teamwork and good communication skills
