Description

The resource, reporting directly to the Plant Manager, will be responsible for planning and leading plant initiatives related to continuous improvement activities and projects, in accordance with the application of the GPK Performance Improvement Program.
They will be in charge of process analysis, supporting the various company functions in the implementation of continuous improvement projects, following Lean Manufacturing and TPM methodologies, in compliance with safety, quality, and cost targets.

Candidate requirements

The ideal candidate has: A technical background, preferably a degree in Engineering Excellent knowledge of English and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Lean methodologies Knowledge of process analysis and data analysis Familiarity with Project Management methodologies

Planned activities

Coordinating the plant team on Lean topics (Problem Solving, TPM, Visual Management, Standard Work, 5S, SMED) Monitoring the plant’s progress in the continuous improvement journey, especially in executing “Daily” activities across different departments/processes Coordinating cross-functional teams empowered to implement the OPEX methodology on-site Managing continuous improvement projects together with process owners, with a focus on problem-solving methodologies Sharing Best Practices with/from other plants within the group
