Description

We are looking for candidates with a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.

WORK AREA:

-Mechanical design and modeling of components, assemblies, and finished products, with particular focus on the aerial movement part of the machine,

-Structural analysis and sizing verification of machines, frameworks, and general components. Design and drawing using PTC Creo Modeling and PTC Creo Drafting,

-Collaboration during the development phase with the different departments involved in the project,

-Creation of technical bills of materials and, when necessary, assembly instructions or technical sheets,

-Occasional collaboration with the workshop,

-Consultation of product regulations (UNI, EN, ISO),

-Drafting of verification reports for platforms certification,

-Calculations for platforms stability assessments.

SKILLS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

-Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering,

-Proficiency with 2D and 3D design and drafting tools and software,

-Knowledge of industrial technical drawing standards and key regulations in the field of mechanical design (e.g. Direttiva Macchine),

-Experience in mechanical design of metal components and at least basic knowledge of major production processes (sheet metal processing, welding, turning),

-Knowledge of an FEM/FEA analysis software (Ansys, Nastran, or others),

-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office for drafting technical reports and project documentation,

-Precision and ability to work toward goals within project timelines,

-Teamwork skills and willingness to share results within a team,

-Knowledge of English (minimum level B1).

Planned activities

mechanical design and modelling of components, assemblies, finished products with particular reference to the aerial handling part of the machine - verification of dimensions of machines, carpentry and components in general. realisation of designs and drawings by means of ‘PTC Creo Modeling’ and ‘PTC Creo Drafting’. - collaboration, during the development phase, with the different areas involved in the project - production of technical bills of materials and, when necessary, sheets or assembly instructions - collaboration, when necessary, with the Workshop - consulting product standards (UNI, EN, ISO) - drafting of verification reports for platform certification - calculations for stability assessment of platforms
