Description

Multitel Pagliero Spa is looking for technical trainers and technicians for customer service activities. The resource will be specifically responsible for providing technical support and training to customers.

WORK AREA:

The resource will be responsible in particular for:

– Providing technical assistance to customers  via phone and email,

– Listening to and understanding customer needs,

– Taking charge of and managing the customers’ technical issues by offering remote solutions or arranging on-site support,

– Keeping a record of the handled reports,

– Creating and drafting various technical manuals,

– Conducting training sessions on our products in line with internal and external user requests,

– Monitoring and ensuring continuous improvement in the quality of training sessions,

– Drafting technical training documentation in accordance with user requests and training needs,

– Developing and delivering advanced knowledge in  product and technological areas of expertise,

– Organizing business trips.

SKILLS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

– Technical degree in electrical / electronic / mechatronic / mechanical engineering,

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

– Strong organizational and planning abilities,

– Customer-oriented approach and excellent problem-solving skills,

– Ability to manage stress effectively,

– Proficiency in main computer programs,

– Knowledge of English and/or French,

The selected person must be available to travel. Trips will be scheduled in advance to ensure a proper work-life balance.

Candidate requirements

The selected candidate will be specifically responsible for technical support and customer training, in particular: -Providing technical assistance to customers via phone and email, -Listening to and understanding customer needs, -Managing customer technical issues by offering phone-based solutions or requesting on-site intervention, -Keeping a record of all reported issues, -Creating and drafting various technical manuals, -Conducting training activities related to our products in line with the needs of both internal and external users, -Monitoring and ensuring continuous improvement in the quality of training sessions, -Drafting technical training documentation in accordance with user requests and training requirements, -Developing and sharing advanced knowledge in product and technological areas of expertise, -Organizing business trips.
