Description

We’re looking for a Pricing Representative to join our Professional Hygiene Business Unit. If you’re passionate about numbers, detail-oriented, and ready to support commercial decisions that have real impact, this could be your next great opportunity. This role will focus on managing and supporting pricing activities across Italy and Iberia (Spain, Canary Islands and Portugal) . You’ll be the key link between sales, customer service, and finance, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in pricing processes.

Candidate requirements

Who You Are You have a degree in Economics or a related field. You speak fluent English and Italian (spoken and written). You’re comfortable with SAP – previous experience is a plus. You bring strong Excel skills and a sharp analytical mindset. You’re proactive, reliable, and a great team player.

Planned activities

What You’ll Do Own pricing operations: Manage and maintain pricing conditions (promotions, special prices, discounts, free goods, etc.) based on sales input via CRM or email. Resolve pricing claims coming from distributors quickly and effectively. Verify daily distributor orders in collaboration with our Customer Service Front Office. Support pricing processes by collecting and reviewing consumption data, issuing credit notes, and tracking accruals in SAP. Manage discounts & bonuses: Handle year-end bonuses, forecast accruals quarterly, and ensure accurate credit notes at the start of the new year. Be a partner to sales: Provide ongoing support with performance insights and target tracking. Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams – sales, controlling, administration, and customer service.
