WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

Job is structured into three fundamental pillars:

• Mapping available equipment
• Defining development targets for machines
• Process FMEA

The three pillars are logically connected; the most substantial and time-consuming part is the third one.
Candidate will support the tutor and the team in the following activities:

• Risk analysis and mitigation plans definition on new processes development;
• Identification of points of improvement on processes and procedures;
• Coordination of continuous improvement activities derived by the previous points.
• Participate in defining the targets for individual machines.
• Map in agreement with plants ad central IT.

All the activities will developed in constant cooperation with R&D, Quality and the other Manufacturing functions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/ Management Engineering.
• Digital / IT Skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent capacity for synthesis and organization.
• Proactivity and strong orientation to results.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is considered a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English (B2 at least).
