Mission

The role focuses on the management of the technical and maintenance activities of offices worldwide. The candidate will be integrated in a team fully dedicated to the facility and technical management of national and international offices. He/She will have the chance to interact with different corporate and business units in RINA for performing his/her tasks globally.

Key Accountabilities

To perform technical and maintenance activities related to the management of the RINA offices worldwide, as detailed below:

• To develop a strategy for implementing the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities of the international offices, deifying dedicated procedures, and verifying the implementation of the maintenance activities
• To coordinate and manage international office maintenance activities, identifying the most appropriate approach, possibly with the support of a dedicated tool
• To map the international office plants (e.g. HVAC, lighting, etc) and assess the performance with the scope of identifying possible improvements to be implemented for optimizing their functionalities and consumptions
• To support the International Procurement implementing technical specifications for the tender phase to select the maintenance activities suppliers as well as the required services (e.g., transport, refurbishment, construction works, etc.) for international offices
• To support the International Property and Facility Team in developing and checking the technical specifications for the tender phase of the particular projects
• To cooperate with local colleagues to retrieve the required information to perform the maintenance activities
