Oversee the planning, design, and construction of new manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Requisiti candidato
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Facility Management. • Expertise in industrial building design, HVAC, electrical distribution, water ; wastewater systems, and energy management. • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), Smart Factory Technologies, and Lean Manufacturing layouts. • Familiarity with environmental impact assessments, LEED certification, and sustainable facility planning. • Excellent leadership, project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Certifications (Preferred): PMP (Project Management Professional), LEED Certification, Energy Manager (CEM), Six Sigma, or relevant facility engineering certifications.Attività previste
• Infrastructure ; Utility Planning: Design and implement HVAC, electrical power distribution, water supply ; treatment, compressed air, gas networks, and waste management systems for new plants. • Project Management & Execution: Lead end-to-end project execution, including feasibility studies, budgeting, contractor selection, and construction oversight for Greenfield developments. • Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Manage external engineering firms, construction contractors, and utility service providers to ensure timely project completion within budget. • Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage CapEx & OpEx budgets, optimizing costs while ensuring high-quality infrastructure development.
